We never thought we’d see the day when skulls and Italian exotics were the latest thing in the aftermarket scene.
This latest example featuring the unique theme is built by notable Ferrari tuner Novitec Rosso, who joined forces with artist Knud Tiroch. They call it the ‘Calavera’ (Spanish for ‘skull’) F430 and only 11 examples will be sold by Unique Sportscars.
If the skulls emblazoned on the hood, flanks and rear don’t create a stir with passersby, wait until they peek inside. As you could have guessed, Tiroch’s bespoke touch featuring the calavera design was painted throughout the dash, center console, steering wheel and buckets. Novitec customized the central tunnel to house an iPod by which to further the latest techno revolution.
Bolted onto the F430′s 4.3L V-8 is a pair of superchargers that helps it create 707 hp and 525 lb-ft of torque. It’s faster too, it reaches the 100 kmh mark in less than 3.5 sec.
