Perodua Donates To 5 schools In Hulu Selangor

Perodua recently donated RM 5,000 each to five schools in Hulu Selangor for them to carry out their various activities.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak handed over the cheques on behalf of Perodua to the respective school headmasters after launching the ” Program Juara Rakyat” held in Bukit Beruntung on 9 January 2010.

Also present were Perodua managing director Encik Aminar Rashid Salleh and the company’s senior management.

The five primary schools were Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Bukit Sentosa, Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Ulu Yam Lama, Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Sri Keledang, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Ladang Kerling and Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina Khin Ming, Kuala Kubu Baru.

“We believe in giving back to the society. escpecially to the community where we operate in,” Encik Aminar said in the statement.

“This corparate responsibility is in line with our brand tagline Building Cars, People First where emphasis is on the human element,” he said.
