If you’re itching to go in a controversially styled all-wheel drive four-door SUV, then Lumma Design may have what you need. New images of its latest beast of a build called the CLR x 650 M have emerged ahead of its Geneva show debut and if you thought the stock model was a sight to behold, think again. This bad boy will allow you to run at 312 kmh in style too.
Taking the regular BMW X6 M to the next Lumma level are wider shoulders and rear haunches courtesy of fender flares, matching side skirts, and of course, a set of aggressively sculpted nose and rear ends. Its trunklid also gets a spoiler for extra downforce. You’ll need it when you’re approaching NASCAR speeds.
From what we can tell, it’s been lowered significantly for a better center of gravity and rides on huge 23-in. alloys. All 650 hp and 612 pound-feet of torque – that’s 103 hp and 111 lb-ft more than BMW’s spec — are reined in by massive Brembo brakes. Engine specs are still a secret, but it looks like a new exhaust setup replaces the OEM unit.
