Threefold… Not enough! Fourfold? NOT ENOUGH???!!! Then make it seven… What? SEVENFOLD??!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen. Spyker; the Dutch manufacturer is increasing its C8 Aileron to 250 units by 2012 as compared to the 36 vehicles they brought in 2009.
They will achieve this by moving the production to CAPP Manufacturing, Ltd. in England making numbers bigger than before. So far, only 214 C8s have been sold since 2002 and plans to attract more American buyers by adding the Automatic transmission to the car has been initiated.
The new gearbox may decrease the cost, thus making it more affordable to the market and making it much more interesting to purchase for this luxurious car over its performance.
Spyker is confident with this change stating that the demand for C8 increased over the years in other countries. Aileron even made it easier for its customers by selling its wares through selected Saab dealership in the states soon too.
