Scania (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of heavy trucks, buses and coaches, marine, industrial and power generation engines, released its new K 410 IB 4×2 intercity coach and announces its delivery to Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN).

The new bus supposedly sets world class standards for fuel economy, comfort, safety, reliability and uptime with a new powerful yet environmentally friendly 410 hp Euro 3 compliant engine mated to an 8-speed Scania Opticruise gearbox with kick down and oil cooler. The new global engine, built with the latest in EGR emission technology offers higher torque at lower revs and consumes less fuel.

It now comes standard with an Electronically controlled Anti-lock Blocking System (EBS) and Traction Control (TC). Apart from that, it also features a full-air suspension, ensuring a safer and more comfortable driving experience.
