So you think you’re a hipster posing with your skinny jeans and winged high-cuts? Get the extra edge of being trendy by driving a Smart ForJeremy. After making its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show late last year, this supposedly fashionable special edition Smart ForTwo, shown at the Shanghai Motor Show, is said to go on a limited production run starting this month.

The main central design element of this car – The striking wings at the rear – which is a somewhat signature of this internationally renowned fashion designer, Jeremy Scott, who puts wings on everything (sneakers, sweaters or sunglasses) he designs.

“I wanted to design something out of the ordinary, something that expressed my dreams and fantasies and that transferred my fashion ideas to automotive design. I see myself driving this car and can well imagine my friends and cool people all over the world loving the unique design of this smart.” he said.

This production-ready version does differ slightly with standard taillights instead of wings seen on the show car. The featured aeroplane-propeller shaped rims are also gone, replaced by a set of 16 or 17 inch Monoblock alloy wheels wheels finished in white. The bodypanels are also in white contrasted by the tridion cell, door mirror caps and radiator grille in Alubeam.

The interior is also the same as the show car except for its funky steering wheel replaced by a more conventional 3-spoke sports design covered in white leather.
