2013 Pagani Zonda Revolucion 11

It looks like the Zonda story is coming to an end as Pagani Automobili has unveiled the swan song of the model called the Zonda Revolucion at the Vanishing Point 2013 – The International Pagani gathering. Built on a carbon-titanium monocoque chassis and driven by a 6.0-litre V12 mill, the Revolucion is another masterpiece that feels at home in a Sheikh’s garage.

The 1,070 kg Revolucion gets 800 hp and 730 Nm of torque from the V12 engine, resulting in a ginormous power to weight ratio of 748 hp per tonne. With a handful of features like Bosch-sourced traction control system with 12 settings, revised ABS and carbon ceramic discs on the list, the Revolucion is definitely a monster on a leash.

What’s special about the Revolucion, other than the fact that it is the final member of the Zonda family, is the DRS (Drag Reduction System) equipped on the rear wing. It comes in two settings that can be activated via a button on the steering wheel. One of it is automatic mode, which can be accessed just by holding down the button for more than two seconds.
