Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) unveils three world premiere

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) recently released a couple of images teasing three new concept vehicles that will make its world premier at the 43rd Tokyo Motor Show next month. The three models will, supposedly, feature a new @earth TECHNOLOGY, MMC’s next-generation advanced technologies that embodies the concepts of environmental responsibility, driving pleasure, toughness and safety.

First is the Mitsubishi Concept GC-PHEV. This full-size SUV is said to use a high output plug-in hybrid electric vehicle system, S-AWC (Super All Wheel Control) vehicle dynamic control system and a next-generation preventive safety technology and driver support technology through wireless connectivity.

Second, the Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV, is a next-generation compact SUV featuring lightweight and highly efficient PHEV system with dramatically enhanced environmental performance. It is said to offer nimble drivability with a body style resembling a sport coupe.

Finally, the Mitsubishi Concept AR. This is a next-generation compact MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) that features the latest fuel efficiency technologies with the use of a downsized direct-injection turbocharged engine. It is said to provide an enveloping interior design and a range of seat arrangements.
