Mini Clubman Concept 01

Following the unveiling of the new generation Mini Cooper last year, the brand continues to expand its alluring product lineup. Latest, it will introduce the new Mini Clubman Concept at the Geneva Motor Show.

The concept is 26 cm longer and 17 cm wider than the outgoing Clubman, but retains the sophisticated look of a Mini. The front face features new headlights flanking the hexagonal radiator grille while the rear section is adorned with new tail lights, which look to have grown in size. Look closely and you’ll notice the aerodynamic properties borrowed from parent company BMW such as the AirCurtain and AirBreather.

The cabin has grown larger as well, with exclusive materials including nubuck and nappa leathers all present. The abundant cabin space can now be accessed through four conventional doors, instead of the single-sided suicide door on the current model. The car retains the side-by-side barn doors at the back, which is now more practical for passengers with the Smart Opening function, in case your hands are full of grocery bags.

The wagon-style hatch will go to the Geneva show as concept but the model will most likely replace the current Clubman in the near future.
