A report published on Indian Autos Blog recently highlighted that the 2nd generation Porsche Panamera will arrive in the second half of next year.
The report quoted Porsche President and Chief Executive Officer Matthias Muller saying, “It is more or less the same design language, you’ll recognize him as a Panamera. It’ll be of a better package, and some details will be more modern of course.”
The new Panamera is said to be built on the MSB platform and will result in a 90 kg weight savings compared to the current model.
Also rumoured for the new Panamera are newly-developed turbocharged V6 and V8 engines as well as a plug-in-hybrid and diesels systems.
