Foreign Motocyclist - Road Rage - Photo

The Star TV has reported that the Road Rage Foreigner has been charged with two counts of criminal intimidation by the Kajang Magistrate Court yesterday.

The report said that the accused, 40-year-old Kenneth George Mcgruer, was charged with threatening the Perodua car driver, 30-year-old engineer Dzulzalali Iqram Osman, with the intention to cause injury, and smashing the windscreen of a Perodua Myvi belonging to 39-year-old Moeznimanwaty Osman.

Mcgruer is said to have have pleaded not guilty to both charges.

The report goes on to say that Mcgruer was ordered to surrender his passport and bailed at RM11,000 with two Malaysian sureties for both charges by Magistrate Aina Azahra Ariffin. The case is now fixed for a mention on 4th December.
