2016 Lamborghini Huracan 01

It’s been only a year since the Lamborghini Huracan was launched into the market but the supercar is already due for mild upgrades for 2016.

According to Lamborghini, the upgrades focus on the Huracan’s efficiency, drivability as well as luxury. First up, the 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine now features a cylinder deactivation system, which deactivates half of the cylinders by switching off one cylinder bank when full power is not needed.

In addition, Lamborghini has also fine-tuned the new all-wheel-drive system for a more neutral and improved feedback, especially in Strada mode.

Elsewhere, the Huracan gets new matte black air-con vents, as well as more leather on the door handles and upper section of the centre console. Optional items available include a Sensonum audio system with ten speakers, cruise control, and sport exhaust system with black tailpipes.

Owners can now further glamorise the Huracan with carbon fibre engine compartment trim, LED lighting and a transparent engine lid.
