MaxxOil is an American engine lubricant company based in California. The brand has been in the Malaysian market for three years, and for 2016, it’s launching the latest range of semi- and fully-synthetic oils called NanoPLUS.
As the name would suggest, the lubricants are specially formulated using nanotechnology to protect and extend engine life. The oil contains billions of 4-to-6 nanometer sized diamonds that fill the pores of metal, forming an oil film on the inner surfaces of the engine and sealing out unwanted debris and moisture that cause corrosion. The diamonds also transform sliding friction into rolling friction, thereby reducing wear and engine drag.
The launching ceremony also saw the introduction of two-time Formula Drift Asia champion Tengku Djan as the brand ambassador of MaxxOil. The Prince of Drift will help the company to extend its market into motorsports and carry a series of promotional activities in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. The ceremony also saw the premiere of Tengku Djan’s TVC with MaxxOil.
