Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, together with authorised dealer Hap Seng Star, has officially introduced the first Mercedes-Benz City Service. Strategically located along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah (formerly Jalan Ipoh), the new facility serves a 3S facility situated right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
With a total investment of RM7 million, the Mercedes-Benz City Service is a full-fledged Autohaus that features a showroom with space for six display vehicles and 18 work bays in the service centre. It is operated by a 45 person strong team with the capacity to service more than 50 vehicles per day, and up to 1,100 vehicles per month.
The new facility adheres to the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS), which is the benchmark of customer experience for each autohaus. It also features the Star Lounge, Wi-Fi connectivity as well as Internet stations.
The Star Lounge is a part of the Mercedes-Benz Service Differentiation, which also includes Premier Express Service, Drop & Go, and Door to Door Service.
The Premier Express Service allows customers to get routine vehicle service maintenance in about an hour or less, done by a team of two technicians. It is complemented by the Drop & Go service, where customers can drop off their vehicles anytime outside business hours.
And for those who are unable to bring in their vehicles, Door to Door offers a pick-up service from customers’ preferred locations and the car will be returned once ready. All vehicles under this option are fully insured.
