Naza Kia Malaysia Sdn Bhd plans to further strengthen its network with the introduction of five new outlets this year, including the recently opened 3S Centre in Jalan Pahang.

“We will be streamlining and enhancing standards across the current network with our on-going network enhancement exercise for outlets in every major market by targeting quality and efficiency improvement.

“Through this exercise, customers will be able to enjoy exceptional new sales-vehicle delivery and quick turnaround time for after sales service,” said Naza Corporation Holdings Automotive Group chief operating officer Dato’ Samson Anand George.

Its recently opened Jalan Pahang 3S Centre sits on a 16,200 sq ft area, with the ground capacity to display four cars in the showroom area and has four service bays with the capability to service up to 14 cars per day.

Customers sending their cars to be services will have access to a customer lounge as well as free WiFi.

This outlet will serve Kia owners in Jalan Pahang, Jalan Genting Kelang, Setapak and Titiwangsa areas seen as fast developing areas within Kuala Lumpur.

“This 3s centre is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur giving it an advantage to serve the needs of both potential customers and Kia owners,” added Samson.

The outlet is one of the five service outlets to be launched nationwide and is part of the network extension exercise to upgrade all its outlets to 3S Centres, bringing the number of Kia service outlets nationwide to 33 currently.
