Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MBM) together with authorised dealer Cycle & Carriage Bintang Bhd (C&C) opened its 12th outlet, the Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Cheras Autohaus (C&C Cheras).

C&C invested RM16 million in the outlet, part of the company’s RM155 million investment in the central region of Malaysia.

It said it would continue putting in investments in renovating and improving its facilities in Klang Valley.

The full fledged 3S facility has a built up area of 48,642 sq ft with a showroom capacity of 15 showroom facilities and seven work bays in the service area.

It employs 40 experienced sales, technical services and spare parts personnel, and is able to service 300 vehicles a month.

“With a focus on the central region, we upgraded our C&C Petaling Jaya Autohaus and unveiled the unique Mercedes-Benz City Store at TREC last year.

“The launch of C&C Cheras is a timely progression of the brand to serve the southern Klang Valley customers,” said C&C chairman Haslam Preeston.

Fully compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), C&C Cheras is also complete with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI).

It also offers Service Differentiation, a menu of personalised services for customer convenience and customised after sales services depending on their lifestyle, and implements mobile retail by moving its after sales processes to a digital platform, allowing after sales personnel to increase face time with customers.

Besides that, the facility features an i-Showroom lounge that includes digital touch screens for information on latest Mercedes-Benz products and its sales processes as well as a centre courtyard for natural lighting ambience and a café.

C&C Cheras is located at No. 190, Jalan Lanchang, Batu 5, Off Jalan Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur.
