Official distributor of Ducati motorcycles in Malaysia Next Bike Sdn Bhd has announced a new programme, the Ducati Smart Service, which will benefit new customers.
The company said its smart service campaign is designed to bring the ownership experience to a greater level, in line with its objective to provide a more satisfying and premium experience to Ducati owners.
Beginning this month, customers are eligible for two years free service parts and lubricants, or up to 30,000km including DESMO service, whichever comes first, subject to terms and conditions, with every purchase of a new Ducati motorcycle, however charges for labour would still apply.
Next Bike said this will automatically lower the cost of ownership and provide greater savings along with the current two year unlimited mileage warranty.
The campaign is also expected to boost demand for the brand’s motorcycles ahead of the introduction of six new 2017 models, namely the Multistrada 950, Monster 797, Supersport and Supersport S, Scrambler Café Racer and Scrambler Desert Sled.
This programme is limited to all authorised dealerships and service centres nationwide.
