Following positive response from the public when the Toyota C-HR was displayed at various venues including Toyota Showrooms, shopping centres and also at the Toyota GAZOO Racing (TGR) Racing Festival at Batu Kawan Stadium, Penang in August, the public preview of the vehicle will continue in the month of September at selected showrooms and other venues in Peninsular Malaysia as listed below:

September 6 to 10 One Utama (LG Oval)
September 12 to 17 AEON Tebrau Johor Bahru (Centre Court)

There will also be an appearance by a few TGR Racing Festival celebrities Janna Nick and Venice Min at One Utama (LG Oval) on September 9 (2.00 – 3.00pm) while for AEON Tebrau Johor Bahru there will be a special appearance from Diana Danielle and Geraldine Gan on September 16 (2.00 – 3.00pm).

The compact SUV is powered by a 1.8 litre Dual VVT-i engine and equipped with a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) with sequential shifter.

It comes with a full range of safety features including Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), side mirror puddle lights, Follow-me-home headlights and a luxurious interior.

The model had made its first appearance at the MAA – Test Drive & Buy Event in May at Setia City Convention Centre.

The C-HR, which was unveiled globally last year, is the second vehicle that has been developed with the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, Toyota’s company-wide programme to structurally transform automobile design in line with the company’s goal of making better cars. The design of the C-HR features a diamond architectural theme, and the modulated structure of the cabin gives it an “exciting feel.”

More information on the C-HR can be found on the brand’s website and Toyota Malaysia Facebook page, while interested customers can register their interest to receive updates on the model.
