BMW Group Malaysia has introduced the BMW Excellence Club, a new and exclusive membership and customer loyalty program for all owners of the new 7 Series.
Following the introduction of the 740Le xDrive earlier this year, the new exclusive membership programme enables existing and new 7 Series owners to enjoy a host of exclusive privileges including tailored concierge programs, bespoke private events, exclusive valet service at some of the renowned addresses nationwide, priority appointment scheduling at elite establishments as well as access to premium hospitality lounges.
“When we introduced the All-New 7 Series Hybrid with eDrive Technology earlier this year, we shared on the idea of the Peak of Living Luxury.
“This idea centres on experiencing the world of exclusivity with personalised and crafted modern luxury focused on innovation and sophistication beyond Sheer Driving Pleasure,” said the group’s managing director Han Sang Yun.
He said with the new BMW Excellence Club programme, the brand is able to share these one of a kind tailor made experiences with its 7 Series owners.
The premium automaker recently hosted its customers at a series of unique events, including flying seven couples in a helicopter over the Kuala Lumpur skyline at dusk for a specially curated evening experience at Mono Kuala Lumpur as well as hosting an “experience of the senses” event with premium partner Hugo Boss.
“The New BMW Excellence Club programme complements and raises the benchmark to the existing industry leading BMW WhiteCard and BMW BlackCard programme which are provided to all BMW and MINI customers respectively.
“The programmes are still currently the benchmark in the industry for access to premium experiences nationwide,” said Han.
He added that customers of the two brands in the country can look forward to more exciting events and one of a kind events in the country in the coming months.
